Policies & Procedures
I am currently renting chairs in different locations in Manhattan. The address will be sent to you by email or text a day or two before your appointment. Cash, Paypal & Venmo only are accepted as a form of payment at the moment. All appointments require a non-refundable deposit in order to reserve your appointment. It will go towards your services. No children/guests not being serviced allowed in the salon.
When booking, provide an accurate email & phone number. Highly recommended for reminders! Please come with hair as detangled as possible. The wash is included in every single service! Service prices are subject to change based off of density.
In the event that you need to cancel your scheduled appointment with me , i ask that you cancel or reschedule directly through your appointment email. Rescheduling is done by booking an available slot and cancelling your existing appointment. Please make changes to your appointment at least 24 hours in advance so that I may possibly accommodate another client. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. The courtesy of a 24-hour notice is appreciated! A cancellation charge of 50% of the appointment price will be charged to your credit card if I am not notified 24 hours in advance.
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without letting me know, that is considered a NO CALL NO SHOW appointment. To be able to schedule future appointments, a full 100% non-refundable prepayment will be required when requesting to book.
