I allow a 15 minute grace period as a courtesy. I understand things can happen, but because reservations are extremely limited, anything past your grace period may be an inconvenience to others. For that reason I ask to plan ahead and be on time. A late fee will be added to your service if you arrive more than 15minutes late.
Your appointment might also need to be rescheduled to avoid inconvenience to other clients.
When appointments are missed or cancelled without sufficient notice, I’m often unable to accommodate the needs of other clients. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I request a 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will get charged $50.
Rescheduling your appointment can be done on Vagaro via the app or your confirmation email.
Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without letting me know will be considered a NO SHOW appointment. The full amount of the appointment will be charged on the credit card on file.
