New Clients

If you are looking to;

  • stretch out your natural hair with the blow dryer only, select BLOW OUT

  • straighten your natural hair with the blow dryer and flat iron, select SILK PRESS

  • trim your natural hair, select a service in the HAIRCUTS category

  • book a color service, be ready to be asked to come in for a NEW CLIENT COLOR CONSULTATION

Deposit

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. An invoice from Square will be sent out once you request an appointment on Vagaro. When booking, provide an accurate email & phone number, it's highly recommended for reminders! You can also be proactive with your deposit and pay it at https://squareup.com/store/weenanyc!


Lateness

Because appointments are extremely limited and clients are scheduled back-to-back, we reserve a 10 minute grace period for each client. Arrival after 10 minutes will result in a missed appointment and will need to be rescheduled.


Cancellations

When appointments are missed or cancelled without sufficient notice, I’m often unable to accommodate the needs of other clients. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I request a 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in the loss of your deposit.


Rescheduling 

Rescheduling your appointment can be done on Vagaro via the app or your confirmation email.


No-Shows

Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without letting me know will be considered a NO SHOW appointment. No show clients have to deposit a full 100% non-refundable prepayment when requesting to book future appointments.
